These 3 documents are part of the Preventing Sexual Harassment resources – the aim of which is to prevent sexual harassment from occurring during the course of employment.

The Risk Assessment considers the potential risks to all employees and workers, as well as third parties who are engaged with us to carry out services such as those who are self-employed and agency workers.

The activities listed within the Action Plan have all been identified through the completion of the risk assessment, which considered all of our working practices, including our policies and procedures.

The Bullying and Harassment Policy is recommended to reduce the risk of vicarious liability (for example where an employee’s colleagues subject that person to bullying or harassment which results in a claim against the employer); to ensure that a zero tolerance approach to such behaviour is promoted and to give employees and workers who feel they are being subjected to bullying and harassment a clear route to try to resolve this.
