HR Solutions have taken on four new members of staff after experiencing significant growth over the last two years. We have welcomed HR Administrator, Roxana Stoica; HR Consultant, Terry Hayward; and part-time HR Advisors, Victoria Templeton and Sarah Dunnell, to the team, which now stands at 24 staff at our Northamptonshire based head office.
HR acquisition and strategic partnership
Since HR Solutions was established in 2001, we have continued to grow steadily over the years, however a series of developments within the last couple of years has seen the company undergo unprecedented expansion. In 2017 HR Solutions acquired Milton Keynes-based consultancy, HR Services (UK). In March 2019 a strategic partnership with Wilson Browne Solicitors was fostered to deliver a comprehensive HR and employment law advice service to our clients. In September this year, HR Solutions secured a deal that saw Cambridge-based International Workplace Limited transfer 14 of its clients and contracts worth £90,000 to our company.
Leading by example
Greg Guilford, CEO of HR Solutions, said: “This significant expansion over the past two years has meant we have been in the enviable position of being able to recruit a number of new colleagues.
“Working in HR, we want to lead by example and flexible working is something we embrace and actively encourage, so we were particularly pleased to be able to offer our new employees part-time roles that allow them to manage their busy family lives while continuing their professional careers.
“We are delighted to welcome Terry, Roxana, Victoria and Sarah to the team and look forward to them developing their careers with us, as HR Solutions continues to go from strength to strength.”
