Over the past year HR Solutions has seen continued success, most recently by welcoming aboard a new HR administrator, and two new HR advisors.
Two of the new staff members, pictured above, Layla Incles, HR Advisor and Justyna Worthington, HR Administrator were welcomed to the team in August and May respectively. Earlier in 2018, Bhavika Chauhan joined the team as HR Advisor.
HR Solutions was established in 2001 by Carol Ann Guilford, Director of Consultancy, and now with 20 dedicated staff, provides HR support to over 300 small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK. Our clients, some of which have an international presence, range from small care agencies to businesses in the financial services, charitable, medical and hospitality sectors as well as multi-national technology firms.
Greg Guilford, Chief Executive Officer at HR Solutions said, “Our rate of growth in 2018 has been phenomenal and has been largely due to providing excellent customer service to our retainer clients and a dedicated HR consultant that really understands their business. Last year we acquired a Milton Keynes based HR consultancy firm and we continue to win contracts largely through referrals and repeat customers.
Greg also said, “The recent addition of 3 new staff is part of a wider expansion plan which has seen our HR Solutions team grow at our Kettering head office; and our continued success has opened up new roles for another HR Consultant, a Customer Services Executive and a Business Development Executive, who are all expected to join us by December. As we have grown, we have been careful to take on people who share our ethos of putting the client at the heart of everything we do.”
Typically, organisations that outsource their HR support do so to get ‘on-demand’ access to skills and expert knowledge; better quality HR support than is available in-house; and to realise cost savings. Outsourced HR support helps take the stress out of managing a workforce, and expert advice ensures that a business can be continually confident of meeting their legal requirements as an employer.
HR services can be either retained or on an adhoc basis and include employment advice, the HR risk and compliance audit, payroll administration, fixed fee recruitment and e-learning services as well as consultancy support for tribunal cases and businesses undergoing a restructure due to growth or downsizing.
