We are proud to celebrate the fifth work anniversary of our HR Knowledge Manager, Victoria Templeton, who has been an integral part of our team since September 2019. Starting as an HR advisor, Victoria’s dedication and expertise quickly saw her promoted to HR Knowledge Manager, a role in which she continues to excel.
With over 25 years of experience in HR, Victoria has brought invaluable knowledge and skill to the team. She is passionate about continual learning, having recently qualified as a Mental Health First Aider, completed her ILM Level 5 qualification, and earned a Level 2 qualification in Counselling. Her commitment to professional growth and her ability to apply her expertise make her a key asset to both our team and our clients.
As part of her role as HR Knowledge Manager, Victoria runs our entire HR knowledge base, writing all the content for it, crafting our policies, creating slide decks for training, and presenting our webinars. She stays fully up to date with all the latest legislation to ensure that both our clients and our staff are always informed. Everything you read from us, whether it’s policy updates, website articles, or training materials, has been put together by Victoria — except for this article!
Victoria shared her thoughts on reaching this milestone:
“I feel very grateful to work in a role that I absolutely love, and to be part of a brilliant business, but most of all to work with amazing people. which has a strong team spirit and there are always initiatives that focus on social engagement, so you really feel that it values its people. HR Solutions is a great place to work for many reasons. Professionally, it has allowed me to develop my knowledge and skills and given me the opportunity to grow. On a personal level, I feel extremely supported in balancing my career with my family circumstances, and with HR Solutions being such a flexible employer it means I can continue to focus on my career.
Victoria’s HR journey began during college, when a work experience placement led to an apprenticeship and the completion of her CIPD qualification in 2003. Since then, she has held diverse roles in HR management, learning and development, employee relations, and organisational change, consistently contributing to the success of every organisation she’s worked with.
We are incredibly grateful for Victoria’s dedication and hard work over the past five years. Here’s to many more years of working together and continuing to make a positive impact.
