After a long career in HR roles from administration to management, including training, carrying out audits and managing larger TUPE and redundancy projects for a range of industries, Sue moved into more operational roles.  As Operations Director Sue is responsible for overseeing the day-to day operations of the company and plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and excellence across the HR service delivery teams.
