At HR Solutions, she is primarily a steward of the Knowledge Base, which leads our approach on HR excellence. Throughout her career, she has been appointed to advise a multitude of household name businesses in both the private and public sectors, as well as local authorities, charities and SME’s.

Karen establishes thought leadership through strategising on forecasted trends, forthcoming legislation, case law and statutory guidance. In doing so, she develops policy and refines our documentation suite which is implemented across our extensive client base. Additionally, she is a speaker at HR events and a regular contributor to industry trade journals, publications and the general media.
