Chris excels in providing first class HR advice via phone and email on all aspects of employee relations including Disciplinary, Grievance, Absence Management, Restructure, Redundancy, and TUPE. He plays a key role in supporting our HR Consultants and ensuring timely, up-to-date delivery of client documents such as offer letters, written statements, and Employee Handbooks.
Holding a BA in Business Studies (Hons) (2:1) from Nottingham Trent University and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in HR Management, Chris transitioned to HR from a procurement role at Kier Construction and Infrastructure Group, driven by a desire to engage more with people and learn about how to deal with employee relations issues; particularly how complex issues can be resolved simply and clearly.
His HR expertise spans various sectors including highways, utilities, construction, and infrastructure, with prior experience at Intraining – a provider of work-based learning and apprenticeships and Allianz Insurance.
